The Braveheart |

The
Braveheart Prost is one of the most used and loved Prosts that have
come into existence in recent years. Inspired by a sequence in the
Mel Gibson film of the same name - the one where the painted faced
William Wallace admonishes his fellow Scots to wait before raising
their spikes to meet the approaching English cavalry - the Braveheart
Prost similarly encourages quicker drinking CSMAU members to hold
off on the 'Hoi!' until their slower moving colleagus are ready. |
||
The Braveheart generally surfaces later on in
the evening when, due to large numbers of CSMAU members quaffing vast
quantities of beer, co-ordination of a 'regular' Prost
becomes a bit difficult. |
The actions are exactly those of the regular Prost with the addition of the famous 'Hold...Hold...Hold' line before the final 'Hoi!' The pause before the 'Hoi!' thus gives the slow coaches of the group a chance to get the required drinking done before the final roar. |
