The Midleton Rare Bet is finally called!

Staff in PaddyPower's were reeling in shock recently when, completely out of the blue, Jagglemeister Paraic announced that he had popped That Question to a stunned Riana, and thus almost certainly put an end to the most legendary of bets in CSMAU folklore.

As also reported in The Daily Keg, Paraic shocked the top brass of the CSMAU by getting engaged while on a recent holiday in France. President Finty and Foreign Rep Sean are said to be flipping between states of wild euphoria and numbed shock, for this practically guarantees them the spoils of victory in the Midleton Rare Bet.

However, the Jagglemeister has warned the two buckos not to get too excited yet. The payout will only happen, he says, when one of the terrible trio has actually walked back down the aisle with string quartets playing in the background. "I'm not married yet," he says...
